Position Title: LVN

Department: Barlow satellite unit at VPH
Hours/Shifts: Per Diem - All shifts - 12 hr. shift
Union: Union/Non-Exempt
Summary: Provides direct and indirect patient care services according to scope of practice and hospital policy that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, Unit Based Clinical Leader,
House Supervisor, and/or Clinical Director.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited LVN program.
- Current California LVN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- IV certification.
- Minimum 1 year acute hospital experience with ventilator patients.
- Telemetry experience preferred.
