Subject to FEMA Grant HMGP DR-4407-067-150R, Barlow Respiratory Hospital is inviting RFQ and Bids from architectural firms for A&E study, design and implementation of structural and nonstructural upgrade to achieve compliance beyond 2030 for its 1927(HACI# BLD-00732) and 1902 (HACI# BLD-00731). The hospital buildings are located at 2000 Stadium Way. The proposal should include breakdown of fees for studies, permits and construction phase. The bids must be submitted to info@barlowhospital.org The bids must be submitted by 5.00 PM on 5/20/22. The firms must be willing to start wok immediately after award of the contract on or around 6/3/22.
